1. To confirm the booking for your kailash yatra, you need to send
initial booking amount (Non refundable) of INR 6500/- per person, at least
one month before the scheduled departure date and the balance should be cleared
15 days before your departure from india.(INCASE OF FOREIGN PARTICIPANTS &NRI's,
THE REMITTANCE OF 100./. TOUR COST SHOULD REACH US AT LEAST 20 DAYS PRIOR
TO DEPARTURE.)
2. You need to send us by e mail or fax your clear scanned valid passport
copy together with text of details as below:-

3. It is the sole responsibility of passengers to pay the tour price
by the due date.
4. the tour plan for this yatra can be changed without prior notice
due to unavoidable factors such as political unrest, Natural calamities, &
changes in regulation by Chinese authorities etc.
5. As all the services in Tibet are arranged under the control of Tibet
Tourisnm Bureau therefore we have no controls over the quality of jeeps &
trucks that will be provided.
Tour cancellation :
1. passangers can cancel their trp 15 days before their
departure, however the former prepaid booking charge will not be refunded.
Please send your cancellation by fax or email, oral cancellation will not
be entertained.
2. 50./. cancellation will be charges if cancellation is done 10 days
before the commencement of the tour.
3. No cancellation will be accepated within 7 days of the commencement
of the tour.
