KAILASH & MANSAROVAR
The very fact that one thinks of proceeding to Kailash and Mansarovar is a "call
from with in". Thousand of Sages, ordinary mortals, philosphers and even the
gods had submerged in blissful trance at the very sight of this divine grandeyr.
It is the Meru, Sumeru, Sushumna, Hemadri (golden Montain), Ratnasanu (jewel
peak), Karnikachala (lotus mount),amradri, Deva Parvatha (summit of gods),Gana
Parvatha, Rajtadri(silver mountain).
It was the Swayambu the self ceated one. Kailash and Mansarovar are as old as
the creation. Everything emanates from there ar finally return there. It is
the center of creation and the universe. It is the abode of LORD SHIVA and his
divine consort PARVATI. It expounds the phylosophy of PURUSHA and SHAKTI.
The radient SILVERY smmit is the throne of TRUTH, WISDOM and BLISS-SACHIDANANDAM.
The primoridial sound OM (NADABINDUA)from the tinkling anklet of LALITA PRAKIRTI
created the visible patterns of the universe and the VIBRATION (DAVNI)from the
feet of Shiva (Natraja) weaved the essence of ATMAN -The spreading resonance
and limitless patterns constitute the grosser forms of all matters to accurate
scale. This isthe cosmic dance (TANDAV) visualised in millions of forms by devotees.
The silvery mountain is the apex where the sound (NADA) and the lights emerges
and the true Yogi transcends both these and merges into OM.
Mind is the knot tying conciousness and matter : this is set free here. this
is the heart of indian philosophy and civilisation and the grand Manasarovar
reflects the total indian consciousness.
BUDDHISM
Since this religious sect evolved some 2500 years back, Bddhism dominated Indian

during 5th century till the time it was eclipsed by the muslim invasion. The
founder of Buddhism is Siddhartha Gautam known as "Buddha - the enlightned one".
The birth of Gautam is around 566 BC.
Brought up in luxury as a prince, he renounced his family life when he was 30.
Dissatisfied with the explanations of sufferings of human beings, Siddhartha

and meditation, his enlightenment came under a Pipal tree in Gaya, Bihar. Since
